VNII NP 50-1-4U grade is used in gas-turbine engines of Sukhoi (Su), Mikoyan (Mig), Tupolev (TU), Ilushin (Il), Yakovlev (Yak) and Antonov (An) military and civil aircraft and in the turbo-compressor unit of Mi-26 helicopters power-plant assemblies, as well as in aircraft gas-turbine engines of gas-compressing plants.
VNII NP 50-1-4F is approved for use in the Il-96-300, Tu-204, Tu-214, Tu-334, Yak-42, An-74 and An-124 ‘Ruslan’ civil aircraft; Su-27, Su -30, An-72, MiG-31, MiG -21, MiG -23, MiG -27, Su -15, Su -17, Su -20, Su -24, Su –25 and Tu-22 military aircraft; Mi-26 helicopters and in all types of the aircraft air-conditioning systems cooling turbines.
IPM-10 is used in the military and civil aircraft gas-turbine engines and in aircraft cooling turbines.
B-3V is used in gas-turbine engines, reduction cases and other devices with the outlet oil temperature of up to 200°C.
VT-301 is used in short-life gas-turbine engines used in special equipment.
SM-4,5 is manufactured by mixing of mineral oils MS-8p and MS-20 at mass proportion 75:25. It allows to increase viscosity of mix in comparison with MS-8p till the required level for using in gas turbine and transmission of turboprop engines.
MS-8p is used in gas-turbine engines of Il-62, Il-76, Il-86, Tu-134, Tu-154, Yak-40, MiG-21, Su-15 and Su-25 aircraft and Mi-6 and Mi-7 helicopters, as well as in marine, gas-compressor unit and power-plant gas-turbine engines.
MS-8rk iis intended for aircraft engines lubrication and conservation.
MS-20 is used in reciprocating aircraft engines; in turbo-propeller An-2 aircraft engine oiling systems as an oil-blend component; in airscrew hub feathering hinges; in the speed governors of diesel engines with self-contained oiling systems and sumps; and also for lubrication of gas-compressor plant engine-compressor units.
VO-12 is used for lubrication of airscrew hub feathering hinges of the Mi-2, Mi-8, Mi-17, Mi-6, Mi-10, Mi-24, Mi-35, KA-27, KA-29 and KA-32 helicopters.
AMG-10 is used in aircraft and land-based equipment hydraulic systems, which work in the environment temperature range from – 60°C to +55°C.
7-50C-3 is used in aircraft hydraulic units and systems (including those of MiG-25 and MiG-31).
TSgyp is used for helicopter transmission elements.
Cyatim-201 is an instrument lubricant for roller and friction-type bearings and aircraft control systems gear units, which can be used within the temperature range from -60°C to +90°C.
Cyatim-203 is a low temperature grease for roller and friction-type bearings, gear transmissions, screw pairs and aircraft control systems heavy-duty reduction gears, which can be used within the temperature range from -50°C to +100°C. It surpasses Cyatim-201 with regard to chemical and colloidal stability, water resistance and antiwear properties.
Cyatim-221 is heat-resistant lubricant is used for electric machine, control system and instrument roller bearings, rotating at the rate of up to 10,000 rpm within the temperature range from-60°C to +150°C and at the residual pressure of 666.5 Pa.
NK-50 is used for the aircraft landing gear hubs within the temperature range from-15°C to +120°C. Its former brand name was ST – (high-heat aircraft-engine grease).
OKB-122-7 is used for aircraft electric machine bearings within the temperature range from -40°C to +100°C.
ERA (VNII NP-286M) is used for lubrication of roller and friction-type bearings and electro-mechanism and aircraft control systems gear transmissions within the temperature range -60°C to +120°C.
Atlanta (VNII NP-254) is used for lubrication of highly alternating stress sliding friction units, needle-type and screw-type mechanisms within the temperature range -60°C to +150°C
Sapfir (VNII NP-261) is used for lubrication of aircraft landing gear hubs conical roller bearings within the temperature range from -60°C to +150°C, with occasional short-time surges of up to 200°C.
PFMS-4S is heat resistant grease is used for lubrication of aircraft friction units, low-speed roller bearings and screw ball joint drives within the temperature range from -30°C to +300°C with occasional short-time surges of up to 400°C.
SEDA is used for lubrication of aircraft electro-machines (electric power generators, starter-generators) roller bearings within the temperature range from -60°C to +180°C.
AMS-1, AMS-3 is used for the protection of hydroplane and other aircraft mechanisms from seawater within the temperature range from 0°C to +70°C; AMS-1 can be used within the temperature range from -15°C to +65°C.
N9 is used for greasing some specific friction units at variable buff loads within the temperature range from -60°C to +80°C.
PVK is rust-preventing grease is used for anticorrosive protection and preservation of hardware items within the temperature range from -50°C to +50°C.
VNII NP-207 is heat-resistant grease is used for lubrication of electro-machine and starter-generator roller bearings, which rotate at the rate of up to 10,000 rpm within the temperature range from -60°C to +200°C and at the residual pressure of 666.5 Pa.
VNII NP-225 is used for lubrication of threaded joints and heavy-duty slow-speed units within the temperature ranges from -60°C to +250°C (aluminum alloys), -60°C to +350°C (alloy steels) and -40°C to +300°C (slow-speed friction units).
VNII NP-231 is heat-resistant grease is used for lubrication of enclosed worm-screw mechanisms, slow-speed roller and friction-type bearings within the temperature range from -60°C to +250°C and at the residual pressure of 666.5 Pa.
VNII NP-232 is used for greasing roller bearings, tooth gear and screw gear hinged joints and heavy-duty slow-speed friction units within the temperature range -50°C to +300°C.
VNII NP-282 is used for greasing breathing apparatus, threaded joints and friction units operating in contact with different agents, including gaseous oxygen, within the temperature range from -45°C to +150°C.
“Arktica” antiicing aircraft fluid is used for ground prelaunch treatment of aircrafts’ chassis in low temperatures to provide a safe takeoff.
